Vietnam National Conference on Geography Science
To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the establishment of Institute of Geography (1993 - 2018), with the consent of the President of Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, Institute of Geography (IG) will hold a National Conference on Geography Science with the main slogan:
25 YEARS OF THE IG AND THE WAY FORWARD
This is a forum for local and international scientists to meet and exchange the latest achievements in geographic research as well as presenting and discussing ideas and proposals for sustainable development of the country in the future.
1. Expected Date: 7 November 2018
2. Venue: Building A27, No. 18, Hoang Quoc Viet road, Cau Giay, Ha Noi
3. Conference Topics:
- Organize and use territories rationally
- Environmental protection and sustainable development
- Prevention and mitigation of natural disasters
- Urban geography and territories
- Earth observation and applications of geospatial technology
4. Language: Vietnamese and English
5. Deadlines:
- Abstract submission: 30 August 2018
- Notice of acceptance: 15 September 2018
- Full paper submission (option): 30 September 2018
All full papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings with ISBN number.
